Common Flu Prevention Drink
1) Lemon Honey with Orange 香橙柠蜜饮
Ingredients needed: 材料
orange 1 piece 橙
Lemon 1/3 柠檬
Honey-as required 蜂蜜适量
Juice Lemon and Orange, add honey.
将橙,柠檬分别榨汁,再调以蜂蜜饮用。
Effect of this drink: 功效
Increase vitamins A, C, to prevent flu and get refreshed from tiredness.
增加维生素A,C,预防感冒,消除疲劳
2) Loquat Fruits Drink 润肺枇杷饮
Ingredients needed: 材料
Fresh loquat fruits 10 pieces 新鲜枇杷果
Honey 1/2 tbsp 蜂蜜半汤匙
Cold water 1/3 cup 冷水
Rinse, peel and core loquat fruits. Blend into juice, add honey to it.
枇杷果洗净,去皮和核。搅拌成果汁,加蜂蜜
Effect of this drink: 功效
Loquat fruits nourish the lungs, internal organs and skin. It also quench
thirst.
枇杷润肺滋养五脏,生津止渴
3) Basil Ginger Tea紫苏姜茶
Ingredients needed: 材料
Basil leaves 6g 紫苏叶 六克
Raw ginger 3g 生姜 三克
Brown sugar 12g 红糖 十二克
Rinse and cut basil leaves. Slice the raw ginger. Put both into a cup and
pour in boiling water. Cover and leave for 5-7 minutes. Add in brown
sugar and stir well. Drink it while it still hot.
将紫苏叶洗净,剪开,生姜切片。放于杯内,注入沸水,加盖待5-7分钟,
下红糖拌习,趁热饮服。
Effect of this drink: 功效
This drink improves stamina, warm the body, and benefits the stomach.
Raw ginger expels coldness and stop nausea whereas brown sugar
strengthen the stomach. The combination of the 3 ingredients is effective
in curing early stage flu.
疏散风寒,温中和胃。配合散寒止呕的生姜及和中暖胃的红糖,
对初起的风寒感冒,有良好的辅助疗效。
